My only criticisms about UE is that it doesn't have much ambiance, it can get very noisy when busy (which is most of the time), parking is limited during peak hours, and the staff is not very friendly. The eggplant was nice but overwhelmed by the red onion. Both orders were accompanied by a generous serving of pasta sandwich. My companion ordered the Kitchen Sink which was roast beef, turkey, lettuce, tomato, onion and mayo on Italian bread. I ordered the eggplant special which consisted of hot breaded eggplant on a homemade Italian bread with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and mayo.
